【Order Cancellation Policy】

  1. Order Cancellation

  • Only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of order processing (when status shows "Pending Production")

  • Orders in production or shipped cannot be canceled

  • Successful cancellations will be refunded via original payment method within 5-7 business days

Notice: These are independently designed non-licensed products. Returns based on brand authorization claims are not accepted

  1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 7 calendar days after delivery (based on tracking records)

  • Eligible Cases:
    √ Size mismatch/manufacturing defects (video proof required)
    √ Shipping damages (must retain original packaging)
    × Customized items (including printed numbers/badges)
    × Clearance items (marked "Final Sale" on product page)
    × Worn/washed/altered items
    × Missing accessories (tags/box/free gifts)

  1. Return Requirements

  • Must maintain:
    √ Pristine unworn condition
    √ Complete original packaging (with security tags)
    √ All accessories
    √ Intact shipping label

  • Return package:
    → Use rigid box packaging
    → Attach RMA code (obtain from customer service)
    → Include printed order copy
    → COD/regular mail not accepted

  1. Return Process (Optimized)
    Step 1: Contact Support

  • Provide: Order number + issue description + 4 clear photos (overview/flaw close-ups/care tag/packaging)

  • Await audit (response within 24hrs)

Step 2: Prepare Documents

  • Print return authorization form (provided by CS)

  • Complete triple commercial invoices (state "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value")

  • Secure documents in waterproof transparent pouch on exterior

Step 3: Arrange Shipping

  • Recommended tracked couriers (DHL/FedEx preferred)

  • Assume all shipping risks/costs

  • Submit tracking number to CS for records

Step 4: Quality Inspection & Refund

  • 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt

  • Qualified returns: Refund via original method (excluding coupon value)

  • Disqualified items: Return collect or destruction confirmation (email notification)

【Special Notes】

  • International returns may incur secondary customs duties (buyer's responsibility)

  • PayPal refunds require original transaction ID

  • Bulk orders (10+ pieces) need additional return agreement

  • Disputed orders will be suspended until resolution

  • Fraudulent returns will be blacklisted
